Kyla & Rydell

Two of the sweetest and most adorable individuals got married a couple of weekends ago, and it was magical! The love and emotion between Kyla and Rydell throughout the whole day was amazing. They pretty much define the word "twitterpated". I mean check out this first look! Gives you the chills!

Literally. Like Sherry got goosebumps at one point.....

Rydell was so smitten with Kyla the whole day and it seriously made our hearts happy. He would be mid sentence, look at Kyla, then completely forget what he was saying, give her a squeeze and tell her how beautiful she looked....all with a huge grin on his face. He also wiped her happy tears away about 100 times throughout the day. Swoon!

There were so many happy smiles from everyone during this wedding, but none could top Kyla's! There is an incredible amount joy in this smile, how could I not make a Kyla Smile Collage?!!!!

This day was so amazing, but it was also windy! We got out to Springhill Pavilion and it was pretty intense. Everyone in this wedding party was a complete trooper through and stayed happy and excited for this awesome couple....despite the gail force winds! Plus...I think the wind swept look turned out well for these two. Wouldn't you say?!

Okay, so I have to write about the tiny crisis we had during cocktail hour. Kyla and her sister reeeeally wanted to jump on the trampoline out at Springhill, and who could blame them? These two used to jump on this trampoline as kids (they lived right down the road) so recreating some of that fun was definitely a must!

However, after a couple of jumps we had a situation where Kyla started going up but her dress was pinned down, so we ripped a zipper! Thankfully, Sally (the owner of Springhill Pavilion) had a sewing kit so that we could sew her back into the dress!

It was a little hectic, but Kyla somehow kept her cool. I'm guessing a big part of it was because Rydell was completely calm and optimistic through the whole thing. He kept telling Kyla how beautiful she looked and how this was just going to be a great wedding day story! How could you panic when you have such an awesome groom by your side?! In the end everything, of course, worked out as things always seem to do. Dress fixed, crisis averted, the happy couple got back to enjoying their big day!

We all enjoyed an AH-mazing dinner from Liz at Just a Taste Catering (my very favorite) and listed to a few awesome toasts. And seriously, these were definitely some of the best toasts I've ever heard! Kyla's sister and Rydell's brother's toasts were both funny, clever, and heartfelt. It was easy to see that a lot of thought and heart went into them both! Plus, any toast that makes the bride and groom laugh this much is definitely a winner!

Kyla's dad Bill made an amazing speech as well, and finished it off with an Irish toast for the happy couple!

After dinner, Kyla and Rydell had their first dance, which was adorable! When a bride and groom sing to each other, it gets me in the feels. Just saying.

We also got to witness some pretty amazing parent dances!

The open dancing is one of our favorite parts of the night, and it's even better when the majority of the guests are out dancing and having a great time! Joe's DJ put out some amazing tunes and this was one of the best dance parties Sherry and I have seen. Like....the floor was literally moving. A bottle of wine even got bounced off of a table from the mini dance earthquake that was created! It was awesome!

And can I just take a minute to express how AWESOME it is when you've got guests of every age out on the dance floor?! So much fun. This guy on the left brought a cow bell for crying out loud! I would like to be his friend :)

I'm going to finish off this blog with my most favorite photo of all time. This image sums up Kyla and Rydell's wedding in the most amazing way. These two had a perfect day. They were surrounded by gorgeous scenery and awesome people, but the most important part of it all, the part that they kept coming back to all day, was each other :)

Congratulations to you amazing love birds! Sherry and I are so glad that we could be a part of this awesome day.
